A Post Worth Reading!!

This post might be long one, but it’s surely worth reading.

When I was just randomly scrolling though my LinkedIn Posts, I came across this one which I found to be really amazing. It’s really heartwarming to see a cute, small smile on her face. YOU KNOW WHY? Because this girl @Anuradha S. has set a wonderful example for all of us.. #kuddos to you girl and keep motivating females like you. Best wishes and keep that enthusiasm in your heart alive forever!!

We’ll details the various pointers as to why this post sounded great to me. Check out below!!

Here are the 4 key pointers that we’ve acknowledged on the basis of real facts:

1. Mindset

It’s a Civil/construction or you can say field job, so it is only apt for males and its tagged as male-dominated. We as humans have made our mindset that females are not capable to such field job.

2. Hectic/tiring

We believe that this field requires lot of stamina and energy. Hence, not a female kind of job, as its mainly perceived women have less stamina, power and energy! (Which is a completely wrong, when women today are doing wonders in every forte)

3. Industry Shift/hopping

We are seeing even males are not happy to pursue their career in #civil or #field or #siteengineer jobs and shifting to IT industry. All thanks to perks they see like sitting, staying indoors, and most important AC, and then later paying health specialists for health issues)

4. Younger Generation

99.99% youngsters are not ready to struggle even in their initial days. What they really want is to earn is just a nice salary package with less minimum efforts.

In short, nothing can be achieved without efforts and pain. Everybody has to struggle at some point of life and nothing comes easy. you need to push yourself everyday, You need to keep your zeal and passion alive everyday, yes everyday….if you aim better to achieve something extraordinary in your life.
